I’ve been a member of Dr. Nord’s staff since 2008! As the treatment coordinator, I am part of the new patient process and consultations with Dr. Nord. I am able to explain to patients their best treatment options as well as go through their insurance and financial responsibilities. I also have a lot of experience in billing insurance and making sure our patients get the most out of their benefits.
It is so rewarding to be a part of excellent orthodontic care. Each of our staff plays an important role in a patient’s overall treatment and experience. I love working with our Dr. Nord and my co-workers to help create memorable, fun experiences for each patient.
I am married to my amazing husband Dustin and we have three busy and active children Liam, Dane, and Jalene. As a family, we love to camp, hike, and do anything outdoors. We are on a mission to visit all the national parks in the western United States before my oldest graduates.

Scheduling Coordinator
I joined Nord Orthodontics in 2009 as our scheduling coordinator. I keep our daily schedule in order, set up financial contracts, and most importantly, welcome patients into the office with a smile. I enjoy building relationships and friendships with our patients and seeing the positive results of a beautiful smile! Our main goal as an office is to work together as a team to make our patients our number one priority.
I married the boy next door more than 30 years ago. I have been blessed with two amazing children and five awesome grandchildren. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, shopping, decorating my home, reading, going on motorcycle rides with my husband, and all kinds of sweets!

I have always loved being able to help put a smile on someones face, so I am so excited to be a part of the Nord Orthodontics team where we help people feel comfortable and confident with their smiles!
I am originally from Nampa, Idaho but am currently living in Provo, Utah. I recently returned from an 18-month LDS mission in Chicago for my church where I learned to speak Spanish and connect to people of all ages!
I am currently attending UVU and I am studying Dental Hygiene! Some of my favorite things to do are running, basketball, being outdoors, playing sports, and being with my family. I have a love for all things chocolate, the LA Dodgers, and Mexican food!

I joined Nord Orthodontics in 2017 My goal is to keep patient’s insurance benefits up to date, process claims efficiently and many other financial needs for our office. I love helping patients and I love seeing the end result and how happy every single patient is when they get their braces off!Â
I was born and raised in Murray, Utah. I met my hubby Lonnie during my senior year of high school and we’ve been together ever since. We have lived in Eagle Mountain for 11 years, and have 4 amazing children and 4 fluffy fur babies.
I love interior decorating, going to the movies, vacationing on the beach and hanging out with friends in my spare time. I am so blessed to have such an amazing work family! They truly are THE BEST!

I started working in the dental field almost 20 years ago assisting in many different areas of dentistry. Orthodontics is by far my favorite and I have been lucky enough to have been assisting Dr. Nord since 2015.
I have so much fun every day I work at Nord Orthodontics! I love that we really get to know our patients throughout the course of their treatment. It’s awesome to talk to them about what is going on in their lives and celebrating their joys and accomplishments. Our staff is the best you could ask for! We are all great friends here at Nord Orthodontics. We laugh and share and have a great time every day!
I am a southern California native and I have a whopping 16 siblings! I have loved living here in Utah with my handsome husband since 2006. We have four hilarious kiddos. Having a house full of teenagers is always a riot! My favorite thing to do when I’m not at work is to design cakes for my friends and family. I even get to have lots of fun periodically appearing on KSL’s Studio 5 demonstrating cake decorating techniques.

I have done dental for 15 years and out of all my experience, Orthodontics has been my favorite. I enjoy making people feel special and confident and having a beautiful smile is a big part of that.
Working with Dr. Nord and the team has been wonderful! Dr. Nord genuinely cares about his team and his patients.
On my downtime, I love working out and being outdoors. I am married and have two kids and we spend a lot of time on the soccer field!

I just recently joined Nord Orthodontics in February 2019. I have been in the dental field for 3 years now and orthodontics is my absolute favorite. I love that it is a hands-on career.
My favorite part about my job is the smiles on the patient s faces whey they get their braces off and they are done with treatment.
When I am not at work, I love spending time with friends, family, and my dog snickers. I love going swimming, going to the movies, and working out with my husband.

Hi, I’m Dakota! I grew up in Oregon and Idaho! I married my best friend in 2014 and we had a baby boy in August of 2018, who lights up our world! We also have a husky dog that keeps us on our toes!
I have worked at Nord Orthodontics as an assistant since October 2017. I enjoy coming to a fun, upbeat office and staff! I love what I do!
My favorite things to do are play volleyball, anything to do are play volleyball, anything to do with sunshine, and hang out with my family!

I Have been working in orthodontics since 2004: I have enjoyed being part of Nord Orthodontics since 2013. Working with Dr. Nord is very enjoyable. I like that he is very down to earth, funny and kind. I am grateful to come to work every day to such a fun office.
I was born and raised in the beautiful country of Mexico and have Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese and Mexican heritage. I am blessed to have an amazing daughter and son. I also have the best son in law a mother could ask for. I have two little grandsons whom I adore and a very big dog that weighs more than me.
I love to spend my time with my family and my favorite thing to do is play with my grandbabies when I am not at work, my family is my life.

I have been working in the orthodontic field since 2016, and have been at Nord Orthodontics since 2017. I absolutely love what I do and the people I work with. Dr. Nord is truly one of a kind and the Nord team is like family to me.
I love interacting with patients and getting to know them and their families. We have some of the best patients! It is amazing and so much fun to see their smiles and confidence change throughout their time here with us.
I was born and raised in Sandy, Utah. I currently live in Saratoga Springs with my 3 kids and our toy poodle named Steven. We love Taco Tuesdays, sports, sunshine, and being outdoors whenever possible. I enjoy being active. I love to hike, run, lift weights, crossfit, and play volleyball.

I provide hands-on care to our patients during their orthodontic treatment. This includes taking X-rays, records, impressions, monthly adjustments, removal of braces, and making retainers when needed. I have been a part of Nord Orthodontics since day one in August of 2004 and have loved every minute spent making our patients smile! There is nothing better than getting to know the patients and their families and watching their confidence grow as their smile changes. I love working at Nord Orthodontics. We have a great staff and it feels like a second family when I come to work.
I have been married to my husband Joel for more than ten years. We met at Dixie State where I was a cheerleader and he played football. We have boy/girl twins, William and Ellie, and a son Beau. I love being with my family, wakeboarding, golfing, and doing anything crafty.

My name is Rachel Peterson I have been working for Dr. Nord since 2016 but have been an orthodontic assistant since 2013. I love what I do and making a difference in people’s lives. I was born in Maine and moved to Utah as a young teen. Â
I have been married to my husband Scott since 2017 and together we have 8 kids and a grandson. We stay very busy with work and family.Â

I joined the Nord orthodontic team in 2018 and I have loved every minute of it! I am passionate about working with kids and adults, helping them through the braces process, and seeing how happy they are with their new smiles.
In my free time, I love to travel (especially to Disneyland!!!), do craft projects like sewing and scrapbooking, spending time with my husband, and being outdoors.

I was born and raised in Provo Utah! I Graduated in 2017 from Timpview High School. My Senior year of high school I decided to go to dental assisting school and that’s where I fell in love with the dental world and realized Orthodontics was my favorite.Â

As our marketing coordinator, it is my job to promote Nord Orthodontics to the Eagle Mountain and Orem areas. I am also in charge of social media and event planning. Having such a variety of duties allows me to meet a lot of people and work with them in unique ways to create beautiful smiles.
In my free time, I make wedding and birthday cakes. I love cooking! My favorite hobbies include wakeboarding, tubing, boating, going to water parks, and basically anything to do with water and summer! I also enjoy snowboarding and traveling.
