They did an excellent job! My teeth came a long ways. Doctor Nord took the time needed to answer my questions despite how busy he was and always remembered my name. The dental assistants were also quite considerate and listened intently to concerns. Nord has straightened all of my siblings teeth as well and out of us 5 no one’s ever complained about poor service.
Highly recommend coming to Nord! The staff was always friendly. Very professional with every appointment. Best of all Nord himself was always there at every appointment to check on how my teeth were moving and how my smile was lining up. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to have gone!

I did Invisalign with Dr. Nord, and he and his staff were very responsive and attentive during the course of treatment. He's a perfectionist, and I could tell he genuinely cared about provided an amazing outcome! Dr. Nord also has performed orthodontic work for my kids, with the same great results. Can't recommend him enough!
My daughter received her Invisalign to correct the position of her teeth and the Dr. and the assistants always treated her kindly and kept all the follow-up appointments to reach the goal. My daughter finished her treatment with Invisaligns and her teeth were as we expected. Satisfactory results.

My son came from a different orthodontist who had him in braces off and on for a long time and caused more problems than we started with. Dr. Nord has been fantastic! He fixed the original issues and the ones caused by the other orthodontist. Dr. Nord has been great to work with and all of his staff are friendly and accommodating! We are very happy with the results!
We met with 3 other orthodontists before deciding to work with Dr. Nord. Orthodontic care is not a regimented, standard process. There is quite a bit of flexibility in the doctor's approach and the route he takes the patient on to achieve optimal results. We felt most comfortable with how Dr. Nord approaches orthodontic care and felt well-informed through the whole journey. We were never rushed nor pressured into a complicated proceedure. Michelle in the front office is a wealth of knowledge and I was continually going to her with questions, seeking her perspective and experience. This is not the office for you if you want a chocolate chip cookie given to your child at each visit or a wall of candy to eat at the very end of their treatment, I can tell you where to go for that. This is the office for you if you want a well organized, efficient office that is light, bright, and is frankly the most calming dental office I've set foot in. I'll be coming back here with other family members.

Two of my girls have had braces here at Nord and we have had nothing but great experiences. All of the employees we have met with were very friendly and did great work. The staff was also very helpful in getting my daughters in when we had a few minor emergencies (broken brackets, etc). And now my girls love their smiles! Thank you!

My teeth look fantastic! I am 65 and was getting braces for the very first time. Being older (and with some wisdom, maybe) I interviewed 3 orthodontists. Dr Nord was the ONLY one to point out that he wouldn’t do braces until I got my periodontal disease taken care of! The other two said nothing about this. The process took a number of months to get my teeth healthy. That alone was the key to choosing Dr. Nord. I have been very happy with the process all along the way. His office communicates well and are extremely helpful when you need a pokey wire snipped or more bands, etc. I 100% give my recommendation!
We really can’t recommend Dr Nord enough. He did an excellent job with both our son’s and daughter’s teeth and was personable and patient all along the way. His staff is also friendly and great to work with.
