Scheduling was always easy and flexible(shoutout to Michelle), and working with insurance was surprisingly smooth and they handled everything clearly and efficiently, which removed a lot of potential stress. I always felt informed, supported, and well taken care of during each visit.

If you’re looking for an orthodontic team that delivers outstanding results while making the entire process easy and stress-free, I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Dr. Nord’s office is kind, organized, efficient, and fun! Highly recommend! Even my younger kids like going so they can play the games in the lobby. I would give an extra star just for the themed Halloween costumes—very impressive!

The staff are friendly and most of them are excellent. My kids have small mouths and cramped teeth, so it was difficult for a couple of Assistants to put in buttons etc… Their office is beautiful and uplifting. They were very accommodating of my kids who didn’t always wear their elastics as much as they were supposed to. They were able to get us in last minute if a wire was poking them badly etc… They have been good to work with.

Dr. Nord's office was incredibly well organized and responsive. I had braces in preparation for jaw surgery, and I was very well prepared which made a big difference in my recovery. They also managed well the complications when my original surgeon closed his practice and we had to adjust timelines. The environment is very warm and friendly. They are quite busy (and rightfully so), so scheduling was occasionally difficult because available appointments were months away, but when I had parts of my braces break they were able to slot me in the next day at the Eagle Mountain location and get that fixed. Dr. Nord and his staff are competent and easy to trust.

I highly recommend Dr Nord. My kids and myself have all had braces through his office. I am very pleased with the experience we had and the results.

Dr Nord is fantastic and very thorough. He took his time and made sure everything was perfect before removing my son’s braces.

After years of regular appointments, its feels a little heavy to say goodbye. The silver lining is that my kids have beautiful smiles and a great retainer plan just in case they get lost or broken.
