We chose Nord after talking to several places. Loved that they were conveniently located, competitively priced, very clean, and wonderful to work with. As things needed attention they were usually able to fit us in for a quick fix. At times I wanted a bit more communication about treatment progress—feedback on how patient home habits were/were not effective. But those were eventually handled, and it sounded like there are plans to improve with a couple cool tools in the near future. I most appreciated their response to my feedback and their patience and expertise with insurance shenanigans. Highly recommended.
My family has loved coming to Dr. Nord’s office. I have brought 3 of my 4 kids for treatment. The staff is amazing. Super patient, friendly, answers any questions I might have. Their office atmosphere is always so warm and inviting. Anytime anyone asks the best place for braces, I always recommend Dr. Nord. Nord is the best orthodontist around! I had my braces done at their office a few years ago, and now my two oldest kids have braces through Nord as well. They have especially been so great with my son who is on the spectrum and has a lot of sensory issues. My next two kids will be headed to Nord as well!
